That’s why Parkway Technology Solutions was founded: to deliver technology solutions that move our clients forward by treating our clients’ businesses like our own. If we really acted like we ran the company, what decisions would we make? Where would we spend our money? How fast would we race to fix computer problems? It’s this change in thinking that has allowed our clients to trust us for their technology needs and with their business.

Chris Michalec, President – The founder of Parkway Technology Solutions, Chris Michalec’s vision has spurred Parkway Tech to be an innovator and focus on the client’s experience. He held several positions in computer services companies before founding Parkway Tech in April 2008. His vision, smaller companies using technology as a way to be more efficient and reduce costs, is what led him to start Parkway Tech.

Who we serve
Our clients are primarily manufacturers in North Carolina & Virginia. These companies just want to get work done, grow their companies, and be more efficient, and that’s why they leave the technology strategy, implementation, management, & support to us.
Many of our clients aren’t incredibly comfortable with technology, but they recognize the value it has in growing their business through better efficiency and lower costs. Our clients are really our family, and we treat their businesses like they were our own. When they have computer problems or questions, we address these as quickly as possible.
